Hi there! So I totally finished the Butcher. I'm fairly happy with the streaked, drying blood effect on his axe as well as the splatter on his armour.

Also today I saw an absolutely amazing airbrushed model of the same character by a guy on Reddit. You should check out this imgur album of his work. I SO need to get an airbrush.

ReplyDeleteI have an airbrush and cant make it look half as good as your brush-blending. You have to be able to paint first - fancy tools dont make you auto-awesome. If you base painting is anything to go by, you'll be airbrushing amazing flames and eagles on car bonnets any day now...
